BUNKER WALLS

The free standing concrete bunker wall was designed to minimise the hassle in the storage of bulk materials with many applications from grain, silage, woodchip for biomass, recycling materials, coal, sand and aggregate, etc. They are available in a variety of heights and have forklift recesses which allows you to configure and adjust bay sizes quickly and easily and are shaped to allow free flow of material to the bottom with a square bottom edge to aid removal of the material being stored

    Quick and safe installation and re-positioning using the forklift recesses.

    Do not need to be bolted down when retaining material which has a density of less than 12kn/m3. This includes grain, solid fuels, recycling materials, potatoes, etc.

Features & benefits of the Bunker Walls include:

    Are available in a range of heights from 1.5m (5’) to 4.3m (14’) (see table below) and standard width of 1.2m (4’).

    Corner units are available to form ‘L’ or ‘T’ shaped bays.

    Heavier profile wall is available to retain silage, either 2.4m (8’) or 3.0m (10’) high. These will need to be bolted down to a suitably reinforced base.

    Have a square end so can be easily butted together thus saving valuable installation time.

    Have a narrow base, thus minimising its footprint.

    Manufactured to a very high standard resulting in a smooth finish.
