PRESTRESSED PASSAGE COVERS

The most common application for concrete passage covers is to provide a solid area such as a feed passage with slurry storage underneath in a suspended floor, but could also be used to provide a solid area that can be bedded, again with slurry storage underneath.

The passage covers are available in a range of lengths up to 6096mm (20’) and are 150mm (6”) thick.

    Have tongue and groove interlocking system to give quick and easy installation.

    Manholes are available to allow pump access to mix slurry.

    Can pour a reinforced screed of concrete over to give a higher axle loading (10t) if required.

    Available either 600mm (2’) or 1200mm (4’) wide.

Passage Covers are manufactured to EN 13747.  Full specification is available within Moore Concrete’s Declaration of Performance for Passage Covers. The Passage Covers are designed by Chartered Structural Engineers in accordance with BS8110 part 1 and BS5502 Part 22 and 51.
