PRESTRESSED WALL PANELS
Prestressed wall panels are designed for speed of construction, strength, durability and versatility with a wide range of applications, from forming walls in a livestock or general purpose shed to retaining any bulk material from silage to soil or aggregate.
Moore Concrete panels are manufactured to a very high standard and have an excellent finish and a deep tongue and groove jointing system which can be sealed if required e.g. in a silo or grain store.
The panels are a very cost effective way of constructing a wall and can be manufactured to standard or specific lengths and are delivered to site ready for immediate use. They have lifting sockets in the tongue for quick and hassle free installation. Lifting loops to aid installation are generally supplied with the panels, as are the necessary galvanised steel fixing bolts and brackets.
We are able to supply panels in a range of heights, from 600mm (2’) high to 1500mm (5’) high and anything from 100mm (4”) to 250mm (10”) thick.
